Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

This Affiliate Program Operating Agreement (“Operating Agreement”) governs your participation in the Affiliate Program (the “Program”). By enrolling in or participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by this Operating Agreement.
1. Description of the Program
The purpose of the Program is to permit approved affiliates to promote products and earn commissions for qualifying purchases, subject to full compliance with this Operating Agreement.
2. Enrollment and Eligibility
To participate in the Program, you must submit a complete and accurate application. Acceptance into the Program is granted solely at our discretion.
Additional eligibility requirements:
- All affiliates must contact us prior to or immediately after registration to present their profile, promotional methods, and marketing strategy.
- Affiliates who join the Program without prior presentation and approval of their promotional approach may be excluded from the Program and will not be eligible for payouts.
We reserve the right to accept or reject any affiliate application, or to remove any affiliate from the Program, at any time and at our sole discretion.
3. Links and Promotion
Affiliates may promote products only using approved tracking links and must strictly comply with all branding, advertising, and marketing rules defined in this Operating Agreement.
4. Compliance and Enforcement
Failure to comply with any provision of this Operating Agreement may result in, without limitation:
- Suspension or permanent termination from the Program;
- Cancellation or withholding of unpaid commissions;
- Permanent refusal of any future payouts.
If we determine, at our sole discretion, that an affiliate has violated these terms, we reserve the full right to refuse payment of any commissions, whether accrued or pending.
5. Brand Protection
Any activity that, in our sole judgment, damages, misrepresents, or negatively impacts our brand, reputation, trademarks, or commercial interests will result in immediate termination from the Affiliate Program.
Such termination may occur without prior notice and without justification, and will result in forfeiture of any unpaid commissions.
6. Advertising Fees and Payment Conditions
6.1 Invoice Requirement
Payment of commissions is strictly conditional upon the issuance of a valid invoice.
- Affiliates must be a legally registered company or self-employed individual under applicable law.
- Private individuals are not eligible to receive commission payments.
- We reserve the right to request and verify official proof of business registration at any time.
- No invoice, invalid invoice, or unverified legal status will result in no payout being issued.
6.2 Minimum Payout and Payment Method
Commissions are payable subject to the following conditions:
- The minimum payout threshold is USD 200
- Payments are made exclusively via PayPal.
- Payout requests may be submitted no more than once every three (3) months.
We reserve the right to accrue commissions until all payout conditions are met.
7. Withholding and Refusal of Payment
We reserve the right to withhold, delay, reduce, or permanently refuse payment of any commissions if an affiliate:
- Violates this Operating Agreement;
- Fails to provide valid invoicing or legal documentation;
- Engages in fraudulent, misleading, or unauthorized promotional practices;
- Acts in a manner detrimental to our brand or commercial interests.
All determinations regarding compliance and payment eligibility are made at our sole discretion.
8. Termination
We may terminate an affiliate’s participation in the Program at any time, with or without cause, and without obligation to provide justification.
Upon termination, all unpaid commissions may be forfeited.
9. Relationship of the Parties
Affiliates are independent contractors. Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed as creating an employment, agency, partnership, or joint venture relationship.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Operating Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Poland.
11. Final Provisions
We reserve the right to modify this Operating Agreement at any time. Continued participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
