At Sonic Brush, we are committed to delivering your order quickly and efficiently. Please review our shipping policy for details regarding order processing, delivery timelines, shipping rates, tracking information, and more.

Order Processing & Shipping Time

Orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays).

After dispatch, delivery usually takes between 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location.

Deliveries are made Monday through Saturday, typically between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. local time.

Shipping Methods & Carriers

We work with trusted global shipping partners to ensure safe and fast delivery.

These include: USPS, FedEx, SF Express, DHL, Royal Mail, DPD, UPS, Yun Express, and EMS. In many cases, these carriers cooperate with your local postal service to complete the final delivery to your address.

We ship worldwide. However, please note that we do not deliver to P.O. boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO).

Shipping Costs

We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders. No minimum purchase is required.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package.

You can also track your order directly at any time by visiting our tracking page.

Alternatively, log into your account at sonic-brush.net and navigate to “My Account” > “My Orders”.

Please note that tracking numbers may take up to 48 hours to become active on the carrier’s system. Even if tracking updates are delayed, your estimated delivery window remains accurate.

Shipping Status

If you haven’t received your shipping confirmation email right away, don’t worry. Your order is being processed, and we are aware of the expected delivery window provided at checkout. You will receive your items within that timeframe.

Changes to Your Order

If you need to update your shipping information or make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@sonic-brush.net. Please note that custom or pre-ordered items cannot be modified or exchanged once the order is confirmed.

If You Didn’t Receive Your Order

If the tracking status shows your package as “delivered” but you have not received it, we recommend the following steps:

  • Check with your local carrier or postal office first to attempt to locate the package.
  • If the issue is not resolved, contact us at contact@sonic-brush.net. We’ll do our best to assist you further.

Taxes and Duties

Most customers will not be charged any additional import taxes, duties, or VAT.

However, depending on your location and local regulations, some charges may apply. These fees, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.

Sales tax may be applied at checkout where required by law.
