Return

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition as when received: unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@sonic-brush.net. If your request is approved, we will provide you with the return instructions and the address of our logistics center.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. These costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your item is safely returned to us.

Return Method and Conditions

Returns are accepted by mail only. We do not charge any restocking fee. We accept items that are new or slightly used.

When Returns and Refunds Are Accepted

Wrong product received: If you received an incorrect item, please email us at contact@sonic-brush.net with photos of the product. Once verified, we will provide the return instructions and ship the correct product as soon as the return is in transit.

Defective or damaged product: We offer free exchanges only for defective or damaged products. If this applies to your order, please contact us and we will arrange an exchange for the same item.

Change of mind: Customers have the right to cancel and return their order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason. However, for hygiene reasons, used or unsealed personal care items cannot be returned.

Order Cancellation

Orders are processed and shipped promptly after purchase. If you wish to cancel, please contact us immediately. While we will do our best to cancel your order before it is shipped, we cannot guarantee cancellation if the order has already been processed.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If your return is approved, the refund will be issued to your original method of payment. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your account.
